Hi tried lots of times to contact someone in Liverpool airport I lost my wallet going through security I sent lots of emails a tried lots of different phone numbers didn't get to speak to anyone and no response from my emails I'm very disappointed with the service if someone could help remail me thanks Clive Leonard

Assistance did not turn up at gate plane left without me.

We were at the gate one hour before departure ryanair 16-55 to dublin. Our boarding passes were scanned while we waited for assistance.

We asked on several occasions was assistance coming We were told by gate staff to take a seat they would be here shortly. I saw they were closing the plane I said it to them they contacted the plane but they still closed. One question how could they close the plane with two scanned passengers still not boarded. Where did the passengers go off down the runway.

We have now been told we can't be put on the next ryanair flight it's two late. We have been told that we will be put on the next Aer Lingus flight but have just been informed that has been cancelled.

As far as I am concerned there has been gross negligence on all parties. There was a two hour period between ryanair flights and I have been sitting around for the last hour we should have been put on the very next flight.

If you saw them close the gate, didn’t you also see people boarding? And what type of assistance did you need ?

You were able to make it to a seat and wait. Why didn’t you get up when boarding began?

Have you not read the above correctly, we were already scanned through the boarding gate and asked to take a seat and wait. We were assured assistance was coming..

Need my luggage bag

Hi,On Friday morning, January 3, 2025, my brother traveled from Liverpool to Kosice and at the airport they took his bag because it was oversized. They told him that the bag would be stored at the airport.

It is a brown Guess bag.

I would like to know if it is possible to have mine the bag returned as I live in Bradford and currently I don't have a way to Liverpool. Thank you

Pathetic just simply useless automated system designed simply to keep you on the line for as long as possible and has the nerve to charge a 10 p per minute tariff for none existent help this is another example of what is wrong in this country it should be a simple thing to get through to a lost property department I will be spreading my experience as far as possible making sure everyone is aware of this scam system

I had an accident as I was walking out to my Ryanair flight FR447 home to Dublin on the Friday night at 22.15pm ish. When unfortunately My foot struck a lump of frozen solid ice as I was walking out to board the plane it was obviously dark & I got a very bad fall.
